Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms apply to clubs that subscribe to Quarterline and to everyone who uses it (coaches, Club Admins and players). Quarterline is provided by A.MO Advisory and Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 56 687 316 203) trading as Quarterline. By using Quarterline you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Accounts and access

Match stats data

The match statistics files clubs upload come from the club's statistics provider and belong to that provider. They are licensed to the club under the club's own agreement with the provider.

Your club's content

Your club owns the information it puts into Quarterline. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for your club, as described in the privacy policy. When your club leaves, it can ask for a copy, and we then delete it.

AI features

AI features write drafts for coaches to check and change. AI can get things wrong, so a coach is responsible for anything they publish or send. Figures in drafts are checked against the club's data and anything that doesn't match is flagged. AI features aren't medical, legal or wellbeing advice.

Plans, payment and cancelling

Availability and changes

We work to keep Quarterline available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a club has paid for, we'll tell the club first and it can cancel.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to Quarterline is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied, and in any case to the amount the club paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or if a club doesn't pay. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn first and give the club the chance to fix it and to export its data.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. We may update them; we'll show the new date above and tell clubs about significant changes before they apply. Questions: amo@quarterline.com.au.
