1. Send a request
Fill in the Get started form with your league, club and the teams you're interested in. There's no self sign-up: we read every request and get back to you within 2 business days to book a time to meet.
2. Meet and agree the basics
In the meeting we'll walk through the app, answer questions, and confirm who your Club Admin will be. It helps to have the Head Coach and whoever looks after club admin there.
3. We create your club
Once agreed, we create your club with its colours, logo and league, and invite your first Club Admin by email.
4. The setup wizard
Your Club Admin signs in and follows the setup wizard. Have these ready:
- Your player list with guernsey numbers, as a spreadsheet if you have one
- Email addresses for coaches and players you want to invite
- Who is the Head Coach and who is on the Best & Fairest panel
- Your club logo as a PNG, JPG or WebP image
5. Invite coaches, then players
Invite the coaching group first so they can find their way around before players arrive. Then invite players. For players under 18, only invite them to sign in with a parent or guardian's agreement.
6. Bring in your first match stats
After your next game, add the stats file from your statistics provider and confirm your club is licensed to use the data. The Match Centre, player tables and leaders fill in straight away, and each upload adds to the season's trends.
7. Settle into a weekly rhythm
- Game day: upload stats, panel coaches cast B&F votes.
- Early week: write player feedback, update injuries.
- Training nights: take attendance.
- Selection night: check availability, pick the team on the oval, publish.
